We come to you, take the vehicle away, do the work and bring it back.
Most garages treat collection as a favour they might do if they're quiet. For us it's the other half of the business.
Why we can do this
Wheels and Waves Automotive shares its owner with Wheels and Waves Transport, a licensed and insured vehicle transport company that moves cars, vans, motorcycles and boats every day. The transporters, the insurance and the experience already exist. Using them to bring your car in for a service is simply what they were bought for.
Who it suits
Anyone without a second car. Anyone who works hours that don't fit around a garage's opening times. Anyone whose vehicle isn't safe to drive — a car that won't start or has a brake fault doesn't need to be driven anywhere, and shouldn't be. And anyone who simply has better things to do than sit in a waiting room.
Non-runners are fine
Because we transport rather than drive, a vehicle that won't start is no more difficult for us than one that will. That's a genuine difference from a garage offering a driver-collection service, who need your car to be roadworthy before they can move it.
