Diagnosis first
We don't replace parts speculatively. Where a fault isn't obvious, it gets diagnosed properly before anything is ordered — which is usually cheaper than swapping components until the symptom stops.
Parts and labour, separately
You'll be told what the part costs and what the labour costs. If there's a cheaper option that's still safe, we'll say so.

Every job on this page can be done without you coming to us. We collect the vehicle, do the work and bring it back.

Most mainstream makes, yes. Tell us the make, model and year when you get in touch and we'll be straight with you if it's one better suited to a specialist.
Will you fit parts I've bought myself?
Ask us. It depends on the part and the job — the difficulty is that we can't warranty a component we haven't supplied.
